Dermatology question of the day:
Jacob woke up one day complaining of soreness in his wrist. Basket ball training??
The day after he had herpes on his finger. He had it for the first time 2,5 years old and never since.
The herpes is under control when he starts to get red spots on his hand, a little sore, slightly elevatet, one is an Little brighter in the middle but not vesikular.
Took some Pictures and the dermatologist made the diagnose by teledermatology.
A couples of days later it looks just as the dermatologist had diagnosed: as erythema multiforme.
The most Classic "kokarde" elements.
And one is now up-datet on this:)!
